No, Really, Comment

Now you can really comment anywhere without being registered or logging in, seriously. I hadn't changed all the settings before, but now they should all be working; you were previously only able to comment on the main page. Of course, not that you'd know, it's not like you tried to leave a comment... Who am I kidding? Nobody actually reads this stuff...
